1- Assist with the recruitment and interview process.
2- Track employees probationary periods.
3- Prepare job announcements & advertisements, posting job ads on company websites & newspapers.
4- Filter candidates profiles and filter based on specific criteria.
5- Contact candidates and prepare interview schedule.
6- Coordinate with potential candidates for interview.
7- Maintain all the records, files, CV’s, correspondence etc related to recruiting.
8- Administer orientation program for newly joined staff.
9- Send reminder for probationary review meetings.
10- Responsible for the documentation for the entire training program for staff.
11- Responsible for performing a variety of HR and admin support to the admin manager.
12- Assist in maintaining the Human Resource Database and all employee files.
13- Providing recommendations regarding the development of HR policies and procedures.
14- Program employee Leaves.
15- Process employee’s final settlement.
16- Assist in Organising company events.
17- Maintain prospective resumes & job applications.
18- Compose letters and Memos.
19- Making online visa applications for the free zone & follow up with PRO team.
