   Manage emergency power restoration and safe sequential restart of critical operations after outage.
   Prepare critical spare parts inventories and maintenance kits for plant overhaul and scheduled turnarounds.  Implement and enforce electrical safety standards (NEC, IECEx) in hazardous areas, ensuring compliance with the plants.
   Train and mentor maintenance technicians on safety protocols, loop testing and instrument calibration.  Good understanding of HVAC, BMS, EMS and fire alarm systems.

   Perform corrective maintenance of DCS (GE Mark Vie, ABB Procontrol P13/P42) for gas turbines (GE Frame 9, ABB GT8C), steam turbines and BOP systems.
   Calibrate and maintain critical sensors (vibration probes, thermocouples and pressure transmitters) for turbines, generators and HRSGs.  Coordinate with GE Field Engineers during planned major overhauls for GT/ST inspections, instruments calibrations, actuator calibrations, control valve overhauls, control system upgrades, motorroll and hot commissioning.
   Conduct loop checks, functional tests and performance validation post-overhaul (per GE, ISA and OEM standards).
   Maintain intrinsically safe (IS) installations in hazardous areas (ATEX/NEC classifications).
   Update maintenance logs and calibration records for transmitters and valves.
   Work closely with plant operators to ensure the activities are executed efficiently.  Plan and track complete spare parts lifecycle from procurement requests to issuance against work orders using ERP system (Oracle).
