    • Prepare Export LC documents & Import LC drafts, making correspondence with bank.
    • Send sale invoices to customers based on delivery orders as per their purchase orders.

    • Arrange insurance cover notes against vehicles, property & marine.
    • Maintain Petty Cash payments.
    • Prepare monthly payroll using WPS.
    • Manage vendor accounts, generally on weekly basis.
    • Reconcile bank statements on weekly basis.
