1. Prepare the MEP shop drawing to obtain approval from engineer/Consultant
2. Prepare the Technical submittal for HVAC equipment and raw materials for approval from engineer
3. Review the design and carry out the Pump head calculation & Static pressure calculation
4. Take off the quantities from approved shop drawing and raise the material request to Purchase department
5. Ensure the skilled & technical Man power resources at site.
6. Before commencing the work at site coordinate with Health & Safety Environment.
7. Hand over the approved coordination drawing to site engineer with all services to avoid discrepancy at site
8. Raise the Mock up installation inspection to obtain approval from engineer
9. Focus and manage the all site activities by coordinating with all parties

My role included but not limited to Preparation of Technical Proposals/submittals, work schedules / programmes in co-ordination with planning engr., Material submittals of recommended / specified manufacturers complete with formats, compliance statements, etc.
Shop drawings for HVAC & Plumbing systems and External chilled water pipe routing layout, Longitudinal profiles, General details.
ETS piping works with necessary valves, supports, pumps and heat exchanger size & location, builders works, etc. Process and Instrumentation diagram with control valves, as built drawings and O & M manual.
