Project 2 : Wesgreen International School (AED 45 million) A 8800 m2 build up spread of International school with 56 classrooms,tennis court , Multipurpose hall , Cafeteria , Shaded Play area , Sports flooring , Parking & Sports facilities.
Project 3: Varkey Residence - Private Villa (AED 42 million) A 3000 m2 build up of high end luxury villa with swimming pool, library , wine cellar , golf stimulator , hard & soft landscaping.
Project 4 : Gems First Point school Phase 2A (AED 22 million) A 3500 m2 build up spread of International school with 25 classrooms, tennis court , Multipurpose hall , Cafeteria , Shade Play area & performing art facilities.
