  During the course of my tenure in Sapphire Textile Mills Ltd., The duties of this position are to Handle and improve the Basic performance, Launch & Implementation of New Projects with the Team, Supply Chain Management, Inquiries & Pricing, Research & Development and provide enriched customer service by order management, execution and effective communication with Europe Based customer (Beirholm/Creadore).
  
  My Duties include following:
  
  ▪ Monitoring and managing the Key account of Home textile division.(bedding and table cover product line of B2B customer in Europe).
  ▪ Trouble shooting and responsible for all orders management from fabric placement to final shipment.
  ▪ Development of enriched customer service Experience-Responsible for smooth communication with customer.
  ▪ Managing the supply chain and executing orders.
  ▪ Sales and Trend Analyses.
  ▪ Presentations & Analysis for Exchange rate and Raw Material Fluctuations & Forecasting - affecting the product cost and price.
  ▪ Financial Analyses ,Budgeting & costing of existing and new developments.
  ▪ Working on new product line of Filled Articles-Execution, costing and Pricing of filled Article business.
  ▪ Monitoring and evaluating the complete inventory worth 4 billion euros per month.
  ▪ Managing team performance.
  ▪ Business Intelligence and competitor analysis.
  ▪ Generating and analyzing Systems, Reports and data in order to facilitate business development.
