Summary of Career
1. Lead client audit engagements, which include planning, executing, directing, and completing financial audits.
2. Proactively interact with key client’s management to gather information, resolve problems, and make recommendations for business and process improvements.
3. Responsible for preparing, reviewing and submitting the aged payables and receivables report, tax compilation and return reports, BRS, cash flow statements and inventory reports.
4. VAT registration and filing returns, checking VAT Input and ensuring correctness.
5. Performing consolidation of accounts, analytical review, and financial analysis clients to identify the major risks and development in business.
6. Preparing annual and interim financial statements with extensive disclosures ensuring all the applicable International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) are adhered to.
7. Conducting statutory audits in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards and International Standards on Auditing (IAS).
8. Providing all necessary legal support in overall scope of work for the contracts; right from drafting, review and till finalization of the contract.
9. Ensuring finalized contracts comply with the local & international laws & follow international standards.
10. Perform any other appropriate tasks determined by the Senior Management, checking VAT Input, compliance with the procedures and VAT filing.
