  *Coordinating with international suppliers regarding new updates and improvements in the machines and spare parts. *Forecasting and tracing the stocks level for future demand of parts supplies Analyzing the quality of parts, claim warranty of the manufacturing defect parts and negotiate price.
  *Managing Local and International Vendors and replenish orders  Procured parts by Issuing purchase orders to suppliers via the internet, email and phone. Facilitated all warranty related issues regarding warranty services, and ensured timely repairs/replacements for customers.
  *Familiar with Power Boss, Factorycat, Fimap , Comac, IPC, Stolzenberg, TVX, Minuteman, Eureka, HTC, Ghibli, TMB , Santoema, Cleanfix, Broddson, Airtech, Barikell, Duplex, Master Profi, Portamix, Primavac, Power Flite, Steam-e , Dulevo , Hoatian, caterpillar, Perkins, Honda, Toyota , John deer, Yanmar, komatsu, VM.
