Summary of Career
1. Responsible for configuration and installation of OPERA Property Management System at hotels in accordance with client's specifications
2. Responsible for training/supporting OPERA end users at the installed sites.
3. Modify application database, related reports and documentations as required to further prepare client system for installation.
4. Implement back end configuration to export revenues and statistics from opera application.
5. Work with users to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
6. Setup & Configuration of Virtual Machines for Oracle Opera product testing.
7. Provide 'Live' support coverage at customer’s sites to ensure smooth transition to their new system and minimize post-installation support requirement.
