1. Open Data Kit (ODK) Trainer for Research Assistants and Team Leaders on the ongoing Health and Life Experiences of Children and Young Adults in Kenya (HALE) Survey, a collaboration between the Department of Children’s Services with the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics, in collaboration with the University of California San Francisco, the Population Council, and LVCT Health with Technical support from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on 15th October 2018 to 6th November 2018
2. Participating in inhouse and field trainings on ITax enhancements and customer service awareness. Participated in the customer service week where we gifted compliant taxpayers with gifts from KRA. Ensure smooth operations of KRA through Taxpayer guidance and adhering to KRA code of conduct and team building activities in Kenya
3. Part of the organizing Team for The KPDA Affordable Housing Conference: Opportunities in Affordable Housing in Kenya held on 26th June 2018 at Radisson Blu Hotel. The Guest speaker was Hon. Anne Waiguru and the event was sponsored by Kumkang Kind, Tatu City and Mabati Rolling Mills (MRM).
4. Provided expert consultancy, 1st and 2nd line Support to clients for Oracle Micros Hospitality: 9700, 3700, Simphony 1, Simphony 2, Sun Systems, Materials Control and E7.
5. Installed and configured Oracle Micros POS Software at client’s site within the larger East and Central Africa both physically and remotely using Bomgar and Zoom
6. Provided Oracle Micros POS training on site and off site through remote sessions using Bomgar, WebEx and Team Viewer for clients. Travelled and worked on Projects at client’s sites within East and Central Africa and maintained good corporate relations through effective customer care and publicity of Oracle Micros POS products to achieve client satisfaction.
7. Maintained progress reports on going assignments or projects. Integrated Kitchen Display Systems and Electronic Signature Devices related to different countries for Tax Signatures to the Oracle Micros products.
8. ICT Officer- Narok County for RTI International Tusome Early Grade Reading Project sponsored by USAID, UKAID and Government of Kenya that focuses on improving Literacy in Kenya where I deployed Android applications and trained various heads of Education Sector in the county that Included Sub-County Education Coordinators, Curriculum Support Officers and Special Needs Education Officers on the use of Tusome mobile applications in support for Quality Assurance implementation of the Digital Literac
9. Mentor at the Ajira Digital Programme as an Online Trainer for a Seven Week Volunteer in the Pilot Phase Programme from the 3rd March – 28th April 2017 by the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology under ICT Authority presided by the Cabinet Secretary Mr. Joe Mucheru at Teleposta Towers, Nairobi in Collaboration with Kenya Private Sector Alliance.
10. Completion of a 6-month Kenya Open Data Fellowship from 1st July – 31st December 2016 in Data Extraction, Cleaning, Analysis using various programming tools and Publishing of useful government data sets to be available to the public at the Kenya open data Portal opendata.go.ke aimed at enhancing transparency in Kenya Government a project initiated by the World Bank and Government of Kenya, my former supervisor is the current KRA Supervisor for Corporate Data Mr. Phebian Onyango Achieng .

Worked on the Kenya open data Initiative for Kisumu County Ministerial data sets by Identifying, acquiring, synthesizing, mining and analyzing relevant data to be uploaded to Kenya open data portal in accordance with Information Bill Act 2016. Identified emerging trends and patterns in big data collections through highly scalable and efficient analytical approaches through R Programming, Stata, SPSS and advanced Microsoft Office Excel skill. Identified the relationships among multiple sources and types of data, and organized this information to facilitate effective data analysis. Generated reports and recommendations based on the analysis to provide decision support functionalities. Performed day to day activities of projects including interaction with end users in the County Governments and other partners from different industries in Kenya.

Worked towards the success of a Seven-week pilot phase of Ajira Digital Programme by walking into the future through freelance where I mentored four Apprentices on the aspect of creating online works for themselves to better the living standards of jobless youths in Kenya by creating employment jobs through freelancing. The project is currently on course spear headed by The Ministry of ICT, The ICT Authority and KEPSA and has successfully trained over 8,000 youths across the country.

Liaised with Craft Silicon to resolves system issues especially the Bank Realm (BM) and Digital banking Teams.
