Proactively remain involved in the Erection, Commissioning, Loop Testing and Successful start-up of MOL Pakistan Makori Gas Plant Facility (150MMSCF GAS, 16000BPD CRUDE, 8000BPD CONDENSATE & 550 MTPD LPG). (Sept 2013 – Dec 2014)
Designed Load Shedding Scheme for Makori Gas Plant Facility Power Distribution System. As a result of its implementation, a considerable decrease was witnessed in the plant downtime, which usually occurred as a result of any generator breakdown

I was awarded with the "Safety Champion Award" in 2017 by taking and executing the initiative of Installing Hazardous Area Classified Telephones in process & crude/ condensate loading area. The initiative was appreciated by the whole management.
I was awarded a special appreciation bonus on completion of "PARCO Crude Oil Decanting Facility Project "and it was also nominated for the "MOL Group Golden Barrel Award". The project was highly challenging as our team executed the project on client refinery premises. I lead the E&I team during field installation, testing and commissioning of electrical & instrumentation systems.

Working hands-on and leading a team of 10 Electrical Technicians to conduct preventative, predictive and breakdown maintenance of Electrical systems. Leading from the front, I coordinate the following activities:
• Effectively manage maintenance planning using the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System MAXIMO), schedule work orders, assign priorities, and ensure timely closeout.
• Monitor stoking and inventory of spares through CMMS, both consumables and strategic for all equipment and ensure that all critical parts are available to minimize downtime of equipment which can cause production loss.
• Provide technical support to technicians for ensuing that maintenance work is carried out in compliance with health and safety standards & Permit to Work System.
• Coordinate & lead the execution of major overhauls and extraordinary maintenances on major plant equipments such as Waukesha, CAT & Superior Gas Engine Driven Compressors & Power Generators.
• Plan and manage major plant shutdowns, coordinate with all stockholders for smooth execution of Electrical maintenance activities. Prepare scopes of work, detailed schedules and purchase requisitions required for annual turn around jobs.
• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly planning meetings and stakeholders coordination. Prioritize work orders, estimate resources, and schedule activities.
• Propose & review plant change requests (Management of Change), conduct HAZOP and value-engineering studies to ensure the safety, performance, and reliability of plant.
• Review, monitor and update Maintenance PM Plans of equipment. Evaluate technological up-gradation of outdated equipment and serve recommendations for onward implementation.
• Coordinate and prepare training needs assessment for junior engineers & technicians based on skills gaps to enhance understanding of installed equipment base.
• Ensure that all electrical critical safety systems are maintained and operational by developing proper testing procedures and follow up testing plans.
• Proactively participate in Weekly & Monthly HSE safety audits; Ensure close out of all open punch points identified as potential hazards.
• Significantly carry out root cause analysis (RCA) of repeated & recurrent failures on plant electrical equipment and advice corrective actions/modifications.

• Develop & Conduct periodic revision of SOPs, Electrical Maintenance codes of practices, procedures and guidelines in compliance with safe working conditions and technical excellence.
• Ensure process safety and risk management objectives by practicing it through participation in Management of Change (MOC), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR).
• Ensure the availability of updated maintenance history/documents/drawings for fast consultation.
