The main focus of this project is to target the efficiency of the overall System and significantly reducing “Total Harmonic Distortion” by replacing the traditional square wave inverters with Multi-Level inverters.

Installation of Gypsum Plants.

I have installed three different Gypsum Plants with Chinese Engineer during my tenure at Lodhia Gypsum where I experienced about PLC, DCS and SCADA system. After installation my responsibility was to stabilization of plants and increase in production and I have done that with my skills and hardworking.

    After completing my tenure at National Institute of Electronics (NIE), I got myself a
    chance to work in Lodhia Gypsum Industries. I have taken up numerous tasks as ordered
    by the management and completed all of them. Working in this organization has helped
    me learn a lot and it has made me creative and hardworking. From installation of the
    plants to performing troubleshooting on issues occurred during production has helped me
    a lot in my professional career.

    Automation Engineer

    After taking a good look at my performance as a Site Engineer, management upgraded my role to Automation Engineer. Following are the tasks I performed as Automation Engineer.
     Supervising every phase of project from start to completion
     Leading a team of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers
     Reporting everyday to Plant Manager, handling shift for complete instrumentation, PLC’s SCADA and Electerical,
    preparing shift report.
     PLC and SCADA program change (Daily/Weekly) based on production departments requirements.
     Troubleshooting the electrical fault for each section of plants.
     Maintenance and calibration of Gas Burner (Temperature Control System) on weekly basis.
     Maintenance and calibration of defected motors, drives, Star/Delta starters and panels.
     Maintenance of control and electrical panels and calibration of transmitters PT, LT and TT etc.
     Making roaster for shift of employees and resource availability check on daily basis.
     Quality check of Gypsum Powder, Foaming and other ingredients during Process.
     Electrical and Mechanical Fault Trace during production.
     Check and balance of production Quality


    Site Engineer
    During Plant installation I performed following tasks.
     Programming of Siemens PLC using ladder logic.
     PLC/HMI installation and commissioning
     PLC Panels wiring and power installation
     Configuration of SCADA/HMI including graphics, tags and alarms.
     Different types of sensor installation like Proximity, Thermocouple, Level, and Pressure etc.
     High and low Power VFD drives installation, commissioning and complete understanding of their parameters
     ATS Panel designing and High Power cables (Up to 300MM) installation
     Generator Installation and Changeover Panel wiring.
     Generator (800, 365, 100, 25) KVA Operation and Maintenance.
     High and Low Power AC motor connection wiring
     Mechanical assembling of Gypsum board plant machines like Belt, Screw and Rollers conveyors etc.
