  I was trained and worked in ISON BPO for the post of Customer Service Representative for a period of 4 months which do not have certification in Voice Process. I discontinued due to illness. I served customers in different shifts and attained high up sell points. I was success in achieving positive points everyday comparing the other representatives.

  For the duration of 1 year i have worked as in-plant trainee in Air India Engineering Services Limited. I assisted in different departments of the MRO in this duration. I therefore experienced in material/production planning , Airworthiness Review Certificate preparation , technical services and also in Components Overhaul Division Shop.
