  Manage GL Ledgers and Accounting
  Handling Asia market office expenses control
  Handling of Supplier via calls and through emails
  Keeping track of all payments and receivables on day to day basis
  Co-ordination with Operation Staffs verifying expenses and provide approval
  Monitoring Bank activities on daily basis
  Paying vendors by scheduling and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit
  Periodical preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement
  Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.

  Providing accounting and clerical support to ensure that financial transactions are in compliance and of the VAT regulations. Researching, analyzing and interpreting changing tax legislation in both inside UAE and in GCC. Working with tax laws in UAE and submit every quarter.
