Summary of Career
1. Maintaining customer goodwill by greeting and handle walk-in customers, telephonic and email queries in a prompt manner ensuring all customer requirements are met.
2. Selling products and services to repair the problem and meet the customer's needs.
3. Assist in keeping sales floor, parts display clean and orderly to meet or exceed the supplier standards. Keeping a track record on export market, sales and customer transactions that occur.
4. Assist with Parts Manager in controlling showroom inventory to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction. Attended training as prescribed by management to maintain proficiency in job description.
5. Maintains a prospecting system to ensure additional business and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
6. Keeps update with product information, features, market/competitor information in order to provide the necessary information to customers and aid them in their buying decision.
7. Raise Invoices/Sales Slip/ obtain credit authorization to ensure timely closure of the sale deal. Maintain customer relationship thereby ensuring customer retention and implement sales strategies to reduce stock.
8. Advise management of loss sales / parts non-availability to take appropriate action. Advising customers on: Parts availability feedback, new promotions/offers, new requirements of parts.
9. Effectively handles sales as per company guidelines to avoid discrepancies in sales. Enhance the knowledge base with every new product launch.
10. Being in contact with the accounts team to clear the VAT refund and other documentations of the customers who purchase directly from freezone. Attending all meetings in office to know the current situation of the sales and the market.
