    • Manage end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing, payment collection, graphic design support (with the help of the Graphics Team), campaign activations, result tracking and troubleshooting.

    • Review, Monitor objective the achievement with the team on a daily basis. (Salesman, Merchandisers, Van Sales).nd-level operations. Planning for the scale-up and expansion.
    Responsible for managing, leading, and motivating the Sales team to achieve the monthly, quarterly and yearly targets and take action when necessary.
    • Supervising and evaluating the activities of the sales team to assist them in managing customer's issues, and training them for achieving/surpassing sales targets.
