    As a Process Engineer (Incharge process) (Operations / Production) my duties were to control smooth Operations/Production of plant having capacity of 20 MMSCFD of Natural Gas, oil of 1600 BPD, LPG 128 M. tons/day. Responsible for the management of all the production (Natural Gas/LPG/Condensate).Safe start-up / Shutdown. Provides Engineering solutions to operation’s team to resolve plant operational problems in condensate oil stabilization, Gas treatment & compression system, LPG extraction, Glycol (TEG/MEG) and Gas/water injection facilities. Wellhead monitoring and control using SCADA and Wellhead Operations. Handling of process Abnormalities and emergencies. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of various process equipments. On-site technical support to operations including commissioning assistance, trouble shooting, performance testing, monitoring and optimization, provision of operating guidelines and manuals, advise on chemical injection requirements.
