Primary responsibilities:
• Responsible for working on Business Requirements, ITIL V3 Process implementation, Conducting UATs, also involved in technical activities such as customization and administration of HP Service Manager, which are on High Availability and Multi-tenant infrastructure.
Tasks:
• Responsible for HPSM tool operations (Ticketing Tool with most of the ITIL Processes implemented).
• Creating new Catalogs as per customer requirements.
• Creating Workflows for Request Fulfilment and Approval workflows.
• Creating UAT Test Cases for all the requirements.
