o Filing of VAT returns on time to the government.

o Prepare Invoices, delivery note and Purchase orders.
o Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
o Reporting any concerns or discrepancies to the General Manager.
o Computation of cost & quote the customer according to their requirement.
o Meeting with General Manager at Regular intervals recommending new ways of
how to become more cost efficient.
o Coordinate with the customers & arranging deliveries for their orders
o Prepare the delivery schedule and coordinate with the production department
ensure that the order should be ready & delivered on time.
