Stream-lined the CILT Time(s) across the lines & ensure adherence/active participation of all stakeholders- operators, Team leaders and Technicians. Contributed immensely on “Heineken Twelve Life Saving Rules” drama competition that made Ota brewery 1st in Nigeria and 2nd position in the World. Facilitated training of operators and relief operators on MTBA measurements and DCS system on Line 1, 2, 3 & 5 of Ota brewery. Relieved the Shift manager packaging on 6.
