1. Answer the office phone in a friendly and professional manner providing accurate information
2. Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as sample records or sample reports
3. Respond to all inquiries that come via email, phone, or other mediums
4. Online submission and documents preparation for CC, Plinth, Habitable Floor, OC, and approval from statutory authorities (MCGM, NMMC TMC, KDMC, LMC, PCMC, PMC, CIDCO, Railway, MOT, etc.)
