  ? Create and implement systems that are stable and easy to support, and to ensure our IT systems and processes are compliant with regulatory guidelines and ITSM
  ? Perform change management and release management activities related to IT Operations and maintain an awareness of trends within the technology industry.

  ? Led in the training of staff on the new and existing systems and incorporated into the scope of the tender for the 3rd party system supplier.
  ? Produce a Business Case, in collaboration with our teams, and present the plan and project costs to the business for approval.
  ? Produced and reviewed all projects (non-technical/technical) documentation including the Project Initiation Document (PID) and Stage Plans and maintain them during project delivery.
  ? Maintained a Microsoft Project Gantt Chart of the agreed schedule and updated accordingly while communicating with the project teams and clients.
  ? Managed third-party suppliers and internal staff to scope, design and deliver the new Project in accordance with the approved Business Case and Plans..
  ? Coordinated all activities related to scope changes, resource allocation, quality control and inter-dependencies.
