1. Negotiating prices and terms of products and services with suppliers ? Manage quotations(RFQ) from the vendors and negotiate where ever possible ? Achieve soft/ hard savings and capture in the system(Spot Buying) ? Managing & Reviewing all contracts/agreements to achieve 'best price/best quality’ purchasing ? On-boarding the Suppliers in Supplier database by obtaining relevant documents (Tax forms) to set up in the system(One time/Regular) ? Identifying the Supplier Due Diligence and update EF
2. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
