Support the Management in the development and implementation of innovative and sustainable procurement guidelines, procedures and policy.
Develop and implement best practices for inventory control, demand planning, purchasing, forecasting, strategic sourcing and other areas required
Coordinates with the Biomedical Engineer and suppliers of machines for installation, preventive maintenance requirements and other problems concerning our machines
Coordinates with Accounts for over the counter cash purchases of medicines, prepare LPO's and receives invoices for such items for submission to Account for Petty Cash Request or Reimbursement
Request quotes and compare prices for maximum ROI
Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
Review purchasing agreements with vendors and maintain open lines of communications with those vendors
Collaborate with financial team members on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters
Develop an active process for measuring supply inventory and determining purchasing needs based on quarterly and annual numbers
Manage all communication for purchase orders with vendors resolve all purchase issues, co-ordinate with accounts payable department to process all invoices
