RESPONSIBILITIES: (Reporting to VP Services Delivery Manager)
? Confer with clients to identify and document requirements, assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware.
? Responsible for implementing part, or all the technical solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed term.
? Support (identify, troubleshoot and resolve incidents) all Storage related infrastructure and infrastructure applications. ? Provide Support and work with Principle like HPE, Dell, Fujitsu, Veeam, VMware & Microsoft, 3rd party vendors, subcontractors and support team in order to achieve SLAs.
? Troubleshoot storage failure and work closely System and Application Engineers in a virtualized environment.
? Investigate and resolve complex storage architecture and operation.
? Architect, lead, coordinate, and participate in the implementation of technologies and platforms supporting complex corporate highly virtualized hybrid infrastructure, and the maintenance, monitoring and support of the environment.
? Maintenance the necessary project plans and documentation of all system builds and modifications. ? Identify, troubleshoot and resolve performance issue, service failure, escalate hardware failure, resolve configuration issues, resolve replication and high availability issue.
? Support (identify, troubleshooting and resolve incidents) related to storage hardware, Firmware and monitoring integration.
? Coordinate activities of subcontractors and 3rd party vendors as & when required.
? Ensure all projects and activities are executed to a high standard and within required timeline.
? Experience with HP ProLiant Servers, MSA, DL, ML, Blade Server, Dell and Fujitsu portfolio with latest Windows & ESXi Server.

? Work with HP case management team and key stakeholders to devise best practices and continuous improvement of solution delivery across.
? Deployment / Updating of Support Pack of ProLiant (SPP) as recommended by Principle (HPE / Dell / Fujitsu & etc.).
? Troubleshoot the issues with H/W as well as S/W approach. Replacement of parts provided the system is under warranty / contract.
