4. Preparation of method statement for Installation and commissioning. ? Preparing Material indent with reference to site condition, BOQ and approved drawings. ? Preparing Material delivery schedule and Work schedule.
5. Report all aspects of Site Updates to the Project Manager and give WORK Direction to the assigned group onsite.
6. Proposing, negotiating with the contractors at qualified margin.
7. Ensure adequately trained and certified personnel are available to meet the workload. ? Ensure the goods received onsite per the BOQ raised in terms of Qty, Specification in detail.
8. MIR preparation (Material Inspection Report) and validate the MIR report matching to the standards of test report received from supplier. ? Ensuring tools and tackles used by contractors to maintain the compliance with Ergonomic approach ? Preparing Daily Project report and highlights for management reviews.
9. Attending site coordination meetings and get clearances for project installation and commissioning work. ? Coordinating with the commissioning team in TAB activities.
10. Coordinating with the design team on as built drawing and preparing Handing over ddocuments
