o Review Contractor’s inspection and test records to ensure all relevant quality documentation were complete and available at the time of turnover.
o Review and confirmation of construction progress quantities submitted by the Contractor on a weekly basis and reports to Project Controls via the formal process in accordance with the agreed schedule.
• Responsible to attend and participate in construction meetings, such as Toolbox meetings, Quantity Unit Rate Report meetings, 3WLA meetings, Contract Progress meetings and Readiness Review meetings.
• Perform surveillance of Contractor’s activities to ensure compliance with project requirements, specifically project quality requirements. Updates database for surveillance activities accordingly.
• Responsible to complete field designs and sketches (As Built) to assist ongoing construction activities.
• Coordination and liaison with Project indirect services, such as Surveying Team, Testing and NDT, to ensure necessary 3rd party verification is performed in support of the contract schedule, as necessary.
