Roles & Responsibilities:
• Updating progress in Rig Location Report, Well Monitoring Report for New Wells.
• To prepare an initial plan, monitor and updating schedule as and when required in Primavera.
• Coordination with all functional departments and division to ensure compliance to approved schedule.
• Liaison and consultation with the SM and PE for evaluation of resource & equipment requirement for the activities to be undertaken under individual Purchase Orders, Integrated Activity Planning and Shutdown Planning.
• Leading Weekly, Bi-Weekly & monthly Meeting with PDO Engineering Construction Team and PDO PE.
• Submitting Z6 Data for Flow line & Instruments as per PEFS& SLD of Different kind of wells.
• Day to Day monitor work order and activities in SAP and Deferment booking in SAP for Tie in Activities.
• Estimate durations and progress measurements based on norms where available and relevant. Coordinate with SM, PE for resource optimization and prioritization.
• Planning for the long and short-term resource requirements based on workload forecasts for annual, 2 year, 90 day and 14 day plans issued by Company. Maintain plan windows with associated plan update frequencies as noted below:
• Organize and lead internal planning meetings with SM, WC, PE etc.,
