1. • Controlling the documents such as AFC drawings,Project Specifications,ITP's material approval, material transimittal and method statements

2. • Preparing survey reports,QVD's,material transmittal and approval documents for the attachment of Inspection Request for all completed works as per project requirements

3. • Conducting internal inspection for all construction works and review all completed works to ensure all works as per approved method statements and Project Specifications

4. • Inspection of subgrade and backfilling compaction test as per Project Specifications and Approved Method Statements

5. • Inspection for the placement of Lean Concrete and Structural Concrete to ensure the accurateness of its dimension, alignment, location and elevation as per AFC drawings

---

6. • Inspection for placement of structural concrete to ensure that all the rebars,anchor bolts and other embeded items are followed as per IFC drawings and project specification

---

7. • Inspection for the concrete placement and ensure that the slump,temperature,air content and unit weight of the concrete is as per the project requirements/specifications.

8. • Inspection for the surface preparation of concrete after the 7 days of curing period and application of concrete protective coatings as per project specifications

---

9. • Inspection for the concrete protective coatings such as Dry Film Thickness (DFT) and PULL OFF TEST,and ensure that the DFT and PULL OFF tests results met the project specifications.

10. • Maintaining all laboratory test results,survey reports,material transmittal,material approval,concrete placement records,embeded items dimensional reports such as anchor bolts,embeded plate and pipe sleeves as per project and client requirements
