  Duties & Responsibilities:
  •Planning, Scheduling, and Costing Engineer.

  •Prepare work packages for TA (Columns, Furnace, Heat Exchangers, Vessels, Line Defects, Valves, Line inspections, Line cleaning, Painting).
  •Prepare Weld Map Tracking sheet with painting and insulation.
  •Material tracking and monitor S-curves for scaffolding.
  •Conduct Meetings with the team, discuss the status of procurement, and look-ahead plan.
  •Prepare MOMs of the meetings.
  •Prepare and update the daily narration sheet during TA.
  •Monitor the progress during TA including Instrumentation and Mechanical scope.
  •Removal and installation of thermowells, tube skin, corrosion probes, control valves.
  •Collect and update the daily progress from allocated site.
  •Follow up with QC for box up reports.
  •Daily Site visit and monitor the planned vs actual progress.
  •Attend meetings with SAUDI ARAMCO for site issues.
  •Verify the quantity claims/invoices of subcontractors.
  •Prepare forms with quantity and cost for additional work during TA.
  •Conduct meetings with client, and site visit with the execution team, discuss the additional scope and prepare Method of Statement with drawings, and lifting plan.
  •Coordinate with the client’s operations team for PSSR and prepare punch lists.•
  Lead the team for Post TA Activities including Operations support, Punch list closure, Scaffolding removal, Insulation and cladding works, Spare bundles hydro jetting, Material returning to client, and Demobilization of manpower and equipment.
  •Prepare invoices for base PO, additional scope, and emergent scope as per payment milestones.
  •Work with Proposal department for segregation of work packages and prepare the list of scope/documents for subcontracted services.
  •Prepare the list of clarifications according to the given scope.
  •Develop estimating plans in response to Request for Proposal (RFP) received from Clients.
  •Evaluate scope of work, drawings, and other related documentation to recognize the requirement.
