•Entering Time sheet in the ERP system for the salary process
•Contract Designation, Accommodation Transfer, Transport Requirement, Time and attendance, ID Card, including, Health cards and medicals
•Meets customer and client expectation at all times, handle customer feedback quickly and effectively.
•Ensuring all records relating to disciplinary action and incident reports are collated and referenced.
•Ensuring all record relating to leave applications, absenteeism, resignations are updated accordingly.
•Oversee the work carried out by the locations Supervisors and Senior Supervisors ensuring that all client requirements are being met.
•Support the implementation and maintenance of all procedures involving operation areas.
