Summary of Career

1. Responsible for daily construction activities of the site, coordinating with construction manager, consultants, subcontractors and all concerned functional departments etc., using approved drawings

2. Establish report and follow up all non-conformance activities

3. Preparation of method of statements in consultation with QA/QC and same should be approved by consultant for work execution

4. Responsible to carried out the specified inspection/ Ensure that quality records and test reports are maintained at site/ Ensure that quality of subcontractor works are completed as per contract

---

5. Monitoring progress of work against construction programs and submissions of required site reports in accordance with project reporting plan

---

6. Rising PR for required materials

---

7. Rectification and closing of NCR (if any)

---

8. Responsible to assist and ensure all surveying works i.e., Building demarcations, levels and grids etc.,

9. Obtains, analyzes and circulates technical and contractual information to project disciplines

---

10. Responsible to carried out the specified inspection/ Ensure that quality records and test reports are maintained at site/ Ensure that quality of subcontractor works are completed as per contract
