Summary of Career
1. Projects execution from Design phase to Handing over phase. Coordination & submissions to with DM, RTA & DEWA for approvals.
2. Application submittals to DM for base built approvals along with closing CFR's by doing video conference with DM engineers.
3. Applications to RTA for ENOC and ROWPS permits
4. Coordination with consultants, contractors and subcontractor's. Attending weekly meetings on site. Issuing NCR's to contractor's.
5. Coordination with Commercial department for payment certification's .
6. After project handover supervising & coordinating with contractors till Defect liability phase is completed.
7. Ensure that Non-Conformance Report (NCR) are raised once the activities deviated from the Contract Specifications or normal construction industry practices
8. Ensuring all the method statements, Inspection and Test plan are submitted and approved by the consultant prior to any activity.
9. Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification.
10. Coordination between all design, commercial and site teams.
