- Client Visits, Team performance aligned to specific clients, adhering to client guidelines & SLA, Abiding to Deadlines for Delivery, Regular Client interaction, Innovative and unique customized services for clients subject to their manpower and HR project demands
- Staffing Activities for all levels across industries and geographies
- Invoicing / Collections & General Administration Client Relationship Management, retention &

- Industry update, Competition update & mapping
- Salary Surveys, Industry Market Surveys, Skills Analysis , customized HR reports
- Temp & Contractual Staffing ,vendors Liaison for projects in outsourced L&D, OD, Employee Engagement Programs

- New Hiring, Mentoring team members to achieve their monthly targets
