1. Review of the daily bank and cash position based on cash collection, making the decision regarding fund management and short-term investment. Ensure that the company’s cash flow is adequate to allow it to operate effectively.
2. Maintain corporate banking and investment relationship and fulfill the compliance requirement and review of the financing arrangement with different banks to achieve the minimum cost of debt. Including annual renewal of bank contracts and borrowing facilities both funded and non-funded.

7. To prepare various reports for the CEO to ascertain decision making with respect to franchising, shop and shop concept and sales contracts.
8. To review and prepare the costing sheets for product pricing and issuing various price list for products.
9. To review the aging of the customers and suppliers and helps to manage the cash flow of the company with minimum expenditure on financing.
10. To manage daily financial matter including the making of payroll, preparation of LC documents including trust receipt documents.
