  • Review of the QAP and carrying out stage wise inspection of ground level fabrication and welding as per ASME, AWS, API, B31.1, 31.3 etc.
  • Final inspection of fabrication & installation of pressure vessel, piping & structure on site/shop.
  • Review and Inspect all systems to make sure installation were done as per Isometric and P & ID drawings approved by the client.
  • Promotes and ensure total safety awareness in daily basis up to project completion.
  • Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements Ensure effective use of materials and equipment at site and Carry out necessary inspection and checking at site.
  • Participate in quality audits.
  • Submitting technical queries and raising NCR for variations or any Non Conformity.
  • Participates in weekly meetings to discuss and resolve the progress, quality and safety issues.
  • Coordinating all NDT activities.
  • Interpretation of NDE and NDT documents, reports and NDT personals to ensure the compliance of respective Codes and Specification.
