4. Strategic sourcing within given categories (Safety equipment, Neck-up protection) by in depth analysis of historical data, category overview, cost breakdown, total cost of ownership, etc.,
5. Drive category suppliers in Supplier Relationship Management activities to mitigate risk, improve performance and add value to TECHTION and VALPRO brand.
6. Devising the product pricing structure and reviewing the same at regular intervals with multiple objectives of Sell-Out targets/ competition price movements/ achievement of market share in a specific category or market wide.
7. Business Planning, stock-up & negotiating with Distributors & Key traders in the region. Collaborate with their sales team and visit customers for product demo/technical clarification.
8. Liaise with demand planning team to ensure stock availability and closely work with forecasting and reordering.
9. Plan aging inventory clearance and liquidating it based on the promotions and competitive prices.
10. Reporting on category GP%, savings, payment terms, % of adjustment against the budget, vendor performance data and aging inventory and liquidation plans.
