1. 1:-Monitor all day to day transctions for the client assigned location.

2. 2:-controlling vehicle traffic by calling the drivers to attend costumers when vehicles are needed.

3. 3:-Making sure queuing system is implemented by writing the vehicles numbers and time of arrival and dispatchs for all vehicles.

4. 4:-checking vehicles cleanliness and drivers grooming then report any violation directly to operation manager.

5. 5:- making sure all drivers are following the pricing standards and the company instructions.

6. 6:-Attending clients directly inquires and complaints then report directly to operation manager.

7. 7:-Udating drivers with recent company instructions and circulars received through operation manager or office personal.

8. 8:- Sending booking confirmations to hotel personal.

---

9. 9:- Sending and updating daily trips sheets to customer service on daily basis.

---

10. 10:-Perform other task that may be assigned by the management from time to time .
