Summary of Career
1. ? Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistic daily activities including Inventory Management for 35 Project Sites, 10 labour camps and offices.
2. ? Handling self-correspondence (Emails, Invoices, Etc.)
3. ? Responsible for control/track/issue of complete project documentation such as incoming and outgoing correspondence, site instructions, change orders.
4. ? Oversee and monitoring availability of stock to reduce shortages.
5. ? Chasing suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
6. ? Follow-up with team members and others for “open” status items to be closed down.
7. ? Receive and process MPRs for materials including Furniture for Offices (for All Project Sites) for issue of Purchase Order by HO-Purchase Department.
8. ? Responsible for making new Porta cabins according to diagrammed for Site Projects as and when required ensuring that the budget allocated does not exceeds.
9. ? Maintain communication with warehouse staff to ensure proper working order.
10. ? Follow-up with HO for Purchase Orders and arrange collection of materials from Suppliers ASAP, check the quantity and quality of goods received against the LPOs.
