Summary of Career

1. *Maintaining personnel actions such as Hiring Applicant, Employee transfer, promotion, change in pay, full & final settlement, Re-joining from leave and etc.


2. *Receiving time sheets, calculating overtime hour and Preparing payroll, attendance, leave salary clearance, resignation procedure.


3. *Involved in gratuity pay, residence Visa, insurance card, employee vacation and Emirates ID for new hires with PRO.

5. *Writing job advertisement, posting on social media and online portals, calling selected candidates and conduct final interviews with HR/ project managers.

7. *Handle all outgoing or incoming correspondence, internal memos and Answered and transfers calls to company personnel concerned.
