1. *Maintaining personnel actions such as Hiring Applicant, Employee transfer, promotion, change in pay, full & final settlement, Re-joining from leave and etc.
2. *Receiving time sheets, calculating overtime hour and Preparing payroll, attendance, leave salary clearance, resignation procedure.
3. *Involved in gratuity pay, residence Visa, insurance card, employee vacation and Emirates ID for new hires with PRO.
4. *Generating HR reports, preparing various letters (Offer letter, experience letter, warning letter, salary certificate, salary transfer letter, NOC).
