Summary of Career
1. Designed a mini plant to recycle the packaging waste into a reusable raw material for Packages (Pvt) Limited.
2. Managed a six member team and also worked under supervision of Section head of Supply chain management department.
3. Worked as Safety Engineer and improved the level of safety protocols through tool box talk.
4. Worked in Fertilizers sector, which included Ammonia, Urea, Nitro phosphate.
5. Worked on handling sulphuric acid and provided safe work place for the workers.
6. Completed project on implementation of controlling element to minimize the Ammonia losses at Nitro phosphate plant.
7. Designed a sparger and modified the design intent for proper mixing of Ammonia into blend of phosphoric material in the production of Nitro phosphate.
8. Optimized the stock levels and Reduced inventory carrying costs by recycling the flexible folding material.
9. Designed a project to produce 30tons/day of Biodiesel from waste vegetable oil by using base catalysts.
10. To provide human friendly Environment, worked on removal of oxides of sulfur and nitrogen from coal.
