1. Warehouse Management. Set-up Supply base activities for SHAH field development drilling projects to support 1st and 2nd phase of gas wells. Proven track record from start-up and establishing a fully operable drilling Warehouse & OCTG Yard lay down set up at ADNOC Sour Gas drilling operations support base till to date.

2. Inventory Management. Achieved 100 % inventory records during FYEA – 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 & 2018. Total Inventory/assets handled - $ 140 mm (Drilling Materials).

3. Logistics Management & H.S.E. For the past 8 years at ADNOC Sour Gas handled around 50,000 Trucks inbound and outbound without any LTI and maintained 100 % HSE records throughout the operations. Planned and implemented traffic management plan and HSE safety hoardings in warehouse & yard area. Near Miss reporting Unsafe Act, Unsafe Condition, Safe Observation reporting.

4. Material Knowledge. Good understanding of OCTG color coding, grading & range system as per API standards. OCTG Connections handled – Vam top, Vam 21, Tenaris Blue, JFE – Tiger, Bear, Lion, SL-Boss, JV-W & JV-DD, Weco. Knowledge of drilling running & completion equipment’s, Floating equipment’s, well control x-overs, pup joints, Circulating swedges and nipples, X-Mas tree spare parts. Competent in identifying Refinery/Plant operations related materials.

5. Storage, Preservation & Handling. Experience in the handling, storing and preservation of drilling/oil and gas project materials and equipment.

6. Team Management. Currently handling a team of 17 personnel's (2 x SK + 4 x WH assistant + 2 x MHE crew)
