Summary of Career
1. • Preparation, Review, Finalization & Reporting of Financial Statements & Management Accounts on Monthly, Quarterly and yearly basis.
2. • Prepare business review report relevant to company’s cash flow position.
3. • Liaison with the external auditors in process of auditing the balance sheet and profit and loss account annually.
4. • Prepare horizontal and vertical analysis, profitability ratios analysis & variance analysis of the company.
5. • Preparation of business wise, project wise, product wise and freight terms wise landed cost reports & costing of various products to arrive on the price of the product.
6. • Monitor cost computation for Import purchase which includes (Clearance Expenses, Bank Expenses, Insurance Expenses, Transportation Expenses) after verification from supporting documents and also recalculating all of them for checking its accuracy.
7. • Correspondence with Banks for Account Maintenance, Payments, Receipts, Reconciliation & Credit Facilities.
8. • Review adjusting entries posted in ERP against expenses by Cash, Bank, Receivable and petty expenses.
9. • Open LC with the bank as when required by the company & Ensure Finances (FATR, FIM, PAD, FAPC etc.) position.
10. • Responsible for payments to suppliers and contractors after verification through different methods and ensure that Sales/Income tax have been deducted accurately before making final payment.
