Summary of Career
1. • Keep the store and storage items as on International standards.
2. • Implement and Maintain the Company IMS system
3. • Maintain the High Standard of Personal Hygiene
4. • Responsible for total cleanliness of store like dry store, flour store, vegetable store chillers, dairy store, chest freezers, walking freezers, disposable items store, chemical store, equipment’s store, Kitchen, Mess halls etc.
5. • Proper arrangement of store without cross contamination and violating FIFO/FEFO rules.
6. • Prepare monthly requisitions on a timed delivery basis for all the required materials for kitchen and other services.
7. Receive the delivery properly by checking the quality, expiry, and production brand, delivered quantity with respect to the requisition and check for damages
8. • Plan, coordinate and supervise the activities of workers in dining rooms, kitchens and other areas.
9. • 24 hrs be on call for any emergencies.
10. • Make sure that the dining rooms, kitchen, storage facilities and other work areas are kept clean and conform to the sanitary regulations.
