1. Supervise pest control Technicians for smooth running of projects

2. Conduct field visits for nes tenders and prepare technical reports after each visit

3. Partcipate in pricing and technical document preparation for the upcoming projects as required

4. Ensure effective appointment scheduling, team despatching and execution of the pest management services

5. Supervise all pest control and termite control projects

---

6. Coordinate with project Manager for smooth running of project

7. Liaise with HSE and/or quality department for the preparation and publishing of tge project safety and/or quality manuals to ensure company health, safety and environment standards are met

8. Prepare project execution plan for management review and approval and manage approved plan to achieve project deliverables and timeline objectives

9. Manage resources to achieve project completion within the time

10. Identify and ensure skills and training needs of asdigned manpower are aligned to the project requirements
