Summary of Career
1. ? Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and Document business transactions.
2. ? Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements.
3. ? Prepare periodic trial balance, profit & loss statements & monthly closing of accounts books.
4. ? Prepare and arrange the Letter of Credit and Sight Drafts to direct the import purchase orders.
5. ? Arrange Bank Guarantees, Performance Bonds and keep a track record of the guarantee / bonds issued to various Parties and do timely renewal and ensure to return the same on their expiry.
6. ? Prepare payroll for the employees
7. ? Consolidate inter-company accounts and reconcile each with others.
8. ? Monitor the cash flow and ensure the sufficiency of funds when the payments are due.
