1. Transmission Line site execution up to 220 KV which includes tower foundations and stringing & testing and Monitoring /Supervision of power cable laying, glanding, termination & cable jointing.

2. Planning and forecasting of resource requirements i.e. material requirement, manpower requirement, equipment requirement, etc.

3. Budget planning, execution and preparation of work measurements (JMC’s) and bill preparations.

4. Preparation of Daily Report Weekly Report, Monthly Report, Project Schedule and Monthly project reviews Co-ordination with sub-contractors and handling labor contractors.

5. Overall supervision of construction, erection and commissioning work of electrical distribution system at site, solution of technical problems, monitoring of site work.

6. Installation of other equipment's of 132kV Switch-yard and their control wiring.

7. Erection and Commissioning of 10 No’s of 11/0.55kV 4 MVA Transformer (Make: Raychem).

8. HV, LV, Control cable laying and Termination along with Indoor and Outdoor Lighting and Overall Earthing of Plant.

9. Keeping track of cost variations and analysing the reasons for these variances; present the cost variations to the senior management.
