Approaching the market/insurance companies for the quotations
Follow up on the quotation from the insurance companies
Negotiate with the insurance companies on the amendments for the Schedule of Benefits/Table Of Benefits& premium as per the quotations submitted.
Ensure that correct figure was provided in every quotation.
Make a Benefit of comparison sheet/presentation to be presented to the client.
Responsible in creating and generating invoices as per ISO requirements.
Monitor the Debit Notes/Credit Notes for all the endorsements to make sure everything is complete & amounts are correct according to each member’s premium.
Attend the clients request and Queries.
Provide technical advice regarding procedures and other related matters whenever the client may require.
Filing documents & maintaining records.
Patiently Attend phone calls, E-mails and answer customer queries.
Assist the branch manager if he has anything pending for General Lines.
Follow up for the certificates & other documents requested by the client from the insurer.
Attend complicated issues and find solution in order to resolve the problem in a professional manner to get the customer’s satisfaction.
Manage dispatch to several companies both clients & insurers and make sure that everything is properly documented for future reference
