Summary of Career

1. Responsible for overseeing the HR Operations for corporate Bangalore – On-boarding to Exit of employees, taking care of complete cycle of employees.


2. Coordinates in recruitment, interviews and agency managing, internal hiring and On boarding, planning and execution of induction program for new joiners, documentation, HRIS, issuing of HR letter.


3. Payroll management employees, Collect and collate the payroll inputs, check, review and send to payroll vendors for payroll processing, verify the salary register, ensure the payroll closes in time and Involve and coordinate in Performance appraisals, prepare revision letters.


4. Compensation and Benefits – Identify and structure the correct salary stacks for the new recruits, ensure the promised pay with variable and benefits deliver, tax benefits, company’s compensation report for business decision, ensure health insurance for new recruits, rewards and recognition for employees on their achievements.


5. Handle Statutory Compliances, ensure timely payments of all statutory compliances & returns filing, handle employees queries (PF, ESIC) in coordination with vendors and other labour laws issues.


6. Internal/External audits support and coordinates in audits and Health Insurance, budget negotiation with vendor, process claims and cashless, employees counselling.


7. Employee relations and engagement activities like send birthday mails, pot luck and festival celebrations, resolve employees’ complaints, disputes and grievances and address them with zero escalations.


8. Vendor Management- Budget negotiation, timely closure of work.


9. Exit formalities, final settlement and database management, Key HR documents – Agreements.


10. Draft HR policies and implementation of HR polices.
