1. Responsible for MacAfee EPO services for implementing Encryption, DLP and Antivirus in new machines.

2. Managing Alfresco Server permissions, IP Phone Configuration and Polycom Video Conferencing management.

3. Responsible for DATA-Center monitoring including Fire Alarm System FM 200 & CCTV management and Door alarm system.

4. Handling Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and related Domain services.

5. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.

6. Provide Level 2/other support per request from IT support staff as IT Service Desk/Helpdesk.

7. Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure Operating Systems and configuration changes of related subsystems like Identifying issues, reported problems, updating, installing new and upgraded hardware & software, Diagnosing and troubleshooting basic networking issues.

8. Provide support for IT Infrastructure related emergencies as well as on call maintenance support. Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.

10. Provide full support of all Mac devices, Installation, configuration & troubleshooting IPhone, IPad and MacBook and all related services like ICloud, Apple ID, Printer’s issues.
